This vegan version of sausage roll is flavor, has greater taste and for many of our guests, it is even better than the non-vegan version of sausage rolls.   • 1 Piece of Garlic Clove
  • ½ Cup of Raw Cashews (Chopped)
  • 1 Piece of Mashed Brown Onion
  • 100 Grams of Whole Meal Bread Crumbs
  • 300 Grams of Firm Tofu (Crumbled)
  • ½ Teaspoon of Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • ¼ Cup of Finely Chopped Fresh Leaves of Parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of Soy Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Thyme Leaves
  • 3 Slightly-thawed Puff Pastry Sheets
  • Tomato Ketchup


Step1: Preheat your oven to 180 degrees along with the baking paper inside the baking tray

Step 2: Take a round bowl and add all the minced ingredients in it and mix them all together

Step 3: Now, divide the entire mixture into 6 different sections

Steps 4: Cut 3 thawed puff pastry from the center and get two halves of the same. So, you get 6 rectangular shapes of it

Step 5: Now insert the sausage mince into the puff pastry’s middle portion of the rectangle.

Step 6: Wet the edges of the pastry sheet using your fingers and fold them over

Step 7: Once all the puff pastry are filled in, cut them into 2 halves

Step 8: Take a brush, deep it into soy milk and then lightly coat the milk with brush on the rolls

Step 9: Now, bake the roll into the oven for around half an hour or till they turn golden brown

Step 10: Yes, your Vegan Sausage Rolls are ready! Let it cool for 5 minutes and then serve them.
